Do not give up, the strength to continue is within you

Where is the desire to continue fighting when I think I have hit rock bottom? Why do I have the strength to continue forward despite believing that I will not overcome what comes next? Is my strength perhaps greater than I think? They may be some of the questions we ask ourselves when suffering invades us.

The human strength and the ability to overcome and survive that we have are incredible. We are prepared to endure more pain than we think and to continue to find reasons even when our strength falters and everything turns dark to keep walking. Sometimes, without knowing how or when we find ourselves building our path despite the deep pain we feel inside. Our resilience capacity has no limits.

But, where do those forces that recompose us come from? Their place of shelter is our interior, what happens is that sometimes you find yourself masked making it difficult to discover and other times they subtly make themselves known. In any case, those forces are there in one way or another, although we need help to know how to use them or make them come out.

Our survival instinct is responsible for activating them together with all our resources to push us to overcome any extreme situation we face. But for this, we will need to listen to our emotions in order to decipher what they ask of us and act accordingly.

Don’t give up, find your strength

When pain invades you and you think you have nothing else to do, don’t give up and keep fighting. Keep finding a why to all your questions and if you don’t get it, look better for a why. Because this is life, getting up and moving on, not stopping trying and learning from every mistake we make, listening and feeling our emotions.

You may not find reasons today, but who knows if you will tomorrow. Every day is a new story and although sometimes you cannot decide how to end it, you can determine how to approach its beginning.

Ahead! Take a breath, fill your lungs, jump and fly. If you need to go backwards that is only to gain momentum, weave your wings and become stronger thanks to the learning of everything you have experienced. And when you are ready, dare to take the leap. Do not stop fighting because you have all the strength and resources to face what comes, you just have to find them.

Now, do not forget to allow yourself those days to find your loneliness and give space to your sadness and fears, they are also necessary to then get up and realize your full potential.

You’re not alone

If after the pain you still do not feel strong, calm, you are not alone. Find someone you can rest in and be for you as a refuge. It will surely help you get up and regain strength to continue. Because knowing when to ask for help and being guided is brave.

Therefore, every time you need it, let yourself be helped, forget your fears and lean on the shoulders of others, take their hands and free yourself from what weighs you down to continue. Never stop believing that it will happen because if you dream it, believe in it and act, you will be closer to achieving it.

Remember that there is no end without a beginning, light without darkness, standing up if it has not fallen before, nor strength if it is not sought and not even win if we do not find it within ourselves. Contrasts make us grow if we understand the middle point that balances them.

Go ahead, get your strength, fight and make an effort! Get up, dust yourself off and keep walking because it’s worth it. Do not forget that life goes on, time passes and you will be the one to tell your story. The strength is in you, do not give up.
