The world has lived in barbarism for millennia, trying to think that we have crossed the line that separates us from the wild behavior of some species is another of our illusions. Let’s not fool ourselves, the day to day realizes how civilized we are. We are no less barbaric than when in 1945, the member countries of the UN became signatories of the Declaration of Human Rights. .. The rights of men and women, of children are still violated daily … And that which we are, modern and civilized .
